Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NumberOne AI, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tusdi AI mobile application and website (together, the “Services”).
Tusdi AI is a personal health information product. Health-related information is sensitive. We design the Services to minimize data collection and to give you control over your information.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by NumberOne AI, Inc. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@tusdi.ai.
2. Information we collect
The current version of the mobile app does not require you to create an account. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Information you provide. Content you enter or upload in the app, such as notes, health documents, or other materials you choose to add.
- Device usage information. The app does not collect analytics or usage tracking, and contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting software. Any crash information we receive comes in aggregate form from Apple and Google under the diagnostics settings you control on your own device. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Website information. Standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) when you visit https://tusdi.ai.
Website analytics. The Tusdi AI website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. It is not used on visitors from the EU.
Third-party AI processing. We transmit the contents of the uploads to Google Gemini, an AI processing provider, over an encrypted connection to provide accurate explanations. Google processes this content solely to return a response to your request. Under our subscription agreement with Google, your content is not used to train their models and is retained by them for no longer than 55 days solely for abuse monitoring.
We do not knowingly sell personal information. We do not use your health content to train general-purpose AI models for unrelated products.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process content you upload so the app can show it back to you
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
4. Health-related information
If you upload lab results, medical documents, or other health-related materials, that content is treated as sensitive personal information. It is used only to provide the features you request in the app and to secure and support the Services. Do not upload information about others unless you have the right to do so.
What health data and documents we collect:
- Documents: PDFs, images (png/jpg/tiff), docx, txt, csv, genomics (.vcf), archives
- Lab results / clinical docs: processed document references
- Supplement bottle scans: photo uploads
- Food / meal photos
- Biomarker observations: manual and fetched
- Other records: medications, symptoms, allergies, conditions, dietary preferences, goals, protocols, meals/nutrition, care network, journal entries
5. How we share information
We may share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. We use a few vendors to host, operate, secure, and support the Services. We share information with them only as needed for those purposes. Each such vendor and any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entity of ours with access to user data has a contract that binds them to provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this Privacy Policy. The contract also prohibits them from selling that data or using it for their own purposes.
- AI processing. We share the contents of documents you upload with Google Gemini so the app can explain them, as described in Section 2.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
- With your direction. If you choose to export or share information through a feature you initiate.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as we need it:
- We do not store your uploaded documents and health content on our servers. Their contents pass through only to our LLM to generate your explanation, and copies you keep in the app stay on your device until you delete them.
- Server and infrastructure logs are retained for 30 days.
- Website server logs are retained for 30 days.
- We retain support emails during your request and for a reasonable time after for potential follow-ups. You can ask us to delete a support thread at any time by emailing support@tusdi.ai.
- We do not collect analytics or crash data.
We may retain certain information for extended periods under legal mandates, dispute resolution, or security contingencies. Subsequently, all personal identifiers will be deleted or removed.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of all data in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls limit employee access to production systems only to those who require it, with access logged and reviewed. We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems and vendors.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use device-level protections (passcode, biometrics) and keep your operating system updated. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we shall inform affected individuals and all necessary regulatory bodies within the legal timeframe.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 where local law sets a higher age of digital consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@tusdi.ai and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@tusdi.ai.
State-specific privacy rights. California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
- Right to delete personal information
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@tusdi.ai.
Deleting your data. You can delete individual documents at any time within the app. To delete all app content from your device, uninstall the app. To request deletion of any information held on our servers, email privacy@tusdi.ai with the subject line “Deletion Request.” We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by applicable law. Because the app does not use accounts, we may ask you for information to locate the relevant records. If we cannot identify any records associated with you, we will inform you.
10. International users
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country.
11. Third-party services
The Services may link to third-party sites or use infrastructure providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Disclaimer
Tusdi AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is an informational tool to help you organize and understand your own health documents. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this app.
