1. The Services

Tusdi AI is a personal health information tool intended to help you organize and better understand health-related information you choose to provide. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Not medical advice

The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content generated or displayed by the app, including summaries, insights, trends, or AI-assisted output, is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw in the Services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Only upload information you have the right to use, including health documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to handle
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Services
• Not use the Services to harm others or violate anyone’s privacy
• Keep your device secure

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for backing up anything important.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by NumberOne AI, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our names, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services may depend on third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) or infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUMBERONE AI, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NumberOne AI, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use of the website. We may suspend or stop providing the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, including if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
